Snippy is a small screenshot application for Windows that lets you capture parts of your screen so you can select the parts you want to include in the screenshot without all the other stuff around it.

This tool installs itself as a small icon on your taskbar which you can click on to capture whatever part of the screen you want.
You can do it both free-hand or with the rectangular shape by clicking on the 'Shift' key as you do your selection. All of this makes Snippy a useful and easy to use tool for you desktop.
